Almost a year ago I decided to do business with Potters Fire LLC. This turned out to be a huge mistake. I unfortunately based my decision to use this company based off the fact they sell Military paraphernalia. Really who these days says they support Veterans and then rips them off? Apparently this company does. I grew up being taught that your word is your bond and reputation is everything.
I commissioned Potters Fire to make a Beer mug that can be used to raise funds for the Military organization that I am a part of. After about four months and a couple of excuses I receive a Beer mug. This mug had very obvious flaws and the company was contacted immediately. The owner apologized and stated that "this mug should have never made it past their quality control". I can only imagine that their quality control person must have inch thick coke bottle glasses, or the lights were off during packaging. I gave the man the benefit of doubt and did not cancel my order, in hind sight that is exactly what I should have done.
It is now November 2016 approximately a year after I paid this Company to do a job, and have yet to receive a refund or the quality product that was promised. We all know there are people and businesses out there that seem trust worthy upon first impressions, but through further dealings turn out to be the complete opposite. The owner of this Company should be ashamed of himself for the way he has treated some of his customers, in some cases taking large sums of money and cutting off all communication with the customer making the customer regret their choice.

Folks my advise to you is to take your business elsewhere, there are reputable companies out there that do the right thing and take their business seriously. The gentlemen that runs and owns Potters Fire LLC. is anything but reputable and has poor business ethics. Shop elsewhere folks, you'll save yourself a lot of stress and wasted time dealing with this company.
