Safeway has a “Save $5 Instantly when you spend $15 on any frozen items” in their circular. We all know how easy it is to drop $15 on ice cream, pizza, waffles and some frozen veggies. If you’re not a Safeway shopper, clip the coupon anyway because Giant and Harris Teeter will accept it as a “competitor coupon.” If you shop at Harris Teeter, you can use the $5 coupon and purchase frozen items using $1 and/or $1.50 coupons and get $15 worth of frozen food for around $5.
