Herndon Oak Hill Real Estate Market Weekly Update

The market continues to be strong, prices do not seem to be going up as fast. It looks like there may be a little bit of a slow down. I had an open house this weekend and had at least 50 sets of people through - which is still a lot and an indication of a very strong market. I got 4 offers on the house but it still did not seem as frantic as it has been the last 2 months. We had 10 new listings come on the market - which is less than last week.
