Herndon Oak Hill Real Estate Weekly Market Update May 3rd

The market continues to do well. It is a little slower but now much. The inventory is about the same with the new homes being absorbed as they come up. I held an open house last Sunday and there was about 50 sets of people that came through. The house ended up with 4 contracts with escalation clauses. There were 12 new listings this week and there are 33 single family homes on the market in Oak Hill Herndon.
