South Lakes High School

On 9/11, the world stopped. On 9/12, a small town showed us who we can be. Come From Away is the remarkable true story of a small town in Newfoundland that welcomed thousands of stranded travelers after September 11. Filled with spirited music, humor, and heart, this show celebrates unexpected friendships, the generosity of strangers, and the ways we lift each other up when the world feels uncertain. The Wednesday Show is FREE for First Responders and Military

Told through the eyes of Macedonio “The Mace” Guerra, a gifted wrestler stuck being paid to lose to a bigger-named star in the ring, this knockout satire takes on cultural stereotypes, media spectacle, and the courage it takes to say no. A bold, tour-de-force comedy that leaves it all on the mat!
