Are you 50 years of age or better? Ever wondered if yoga can be done off the floor? Find out now!

Yoga for beginners with a teacher who specializes in yoga with 50+ in mind.

As a pilot project, this class is open to the Community.

Tuesday & Thursdays at 6 p.m. January through March

Class Cost for the quarter:
- $10 for Senior Center Members
- $20 for Community members.
