Chesterbrook Academy® Elementary & Middle School Gives Back with Donations to Operation Gratitude and Loudoun Hunger Relief

Students collected candy and nonperishable food items for the organizations

Chesterbrook Academy Elementary & Middle School on Woodshire Drive in Sterling recently collected candy for Operation Gratitude, which annually sends more than 200,000 care packages filled with food, entertainment, toiletries and other items to veterans, first responders, new recruits, wounded heroes and their care givers, as well as U.S. service members deployed overseas and their families at home. Students worked together to gather more than 250 pounds of candy to be included in care packages.
