Citizen Finds Stolen Property In Herndon, Teen Arrested: Police

HERNDON, VA -- An alert citizen who came across what appeared to be stolen property alerted police, and a teen is now behind bars as a result.

Police arrested 18-year-old Ever Flores Portillo of Herndon, who was charged with seven counts of felony larceny and three counts of misdemeanor larceny, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department. The property was discovered March 4 in the 500 block of Early Fall Court.

He is currently being held without bond.
