RESTON, VA — The condition of the man who was shot early Saturday at a Herndon area apartment complex and hospitalized with life-treating injuries has been upgraded, according to the weekly crime report. Although the man's condition has improved, he still remains hospitalized.

Officers were at the scene of the shooting in 2100 block of Astoria Circle around 5:31 a.m. on Saturday. Police believe the suspect(s) had left the area in a silver sedan.

During their investigation, police recovered multiple shell casings at the scene and several members of the community reported property damage. Police say that no other injuries were reported.
