Drug Dealer In Herndon Busted Because Of Her Headlights: Police

The woman had a variety of drugs in her possession when arrested, police say.

HERNDON, VA -- Police arrested a woman who was dealing drugs thanks to the fact that she was driving with her headlights off, police say.

The 30-year-old woman, who was not identified, was pulled over on Centreville Road at around 12:16 a.m. on March 10, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"A police officer on patrol saw a vehicle driving with no headlights on," the report states. "A traffic stop was conducted. During the encounter, the officer detected an odor of marijuana which resulted in a search of the vehicle."

The search turned up not only marijuana, but also cocaine, MDMA, and THC wax, the report states.

The woman was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
