Going upside down on your hands is a journey of self discovery and freedom. Find your inner strength, a sense of lightness, and a fresh perspective. We'll warm up with a slow flow and then move to specific techniques and preparations that lead to success. Partner work is an important part of the practice. Recommended for students, and their teachers, who can hold Half Handstand at the wall with steadiness. Open to students who have completed at least two sessions of Yoga 2. No wrist, elbow, shoulder, or eye injuries please. 2 CEUs
