In this workshop we will gain an understanding of how muscles and connective tissues grow, function, and rest. We will take a look at some of the more challenging poses and break them down into smaller movements. Learn how to create a system to strengthen muscles safely and progressively. Learn three top exercises for overall muscle conditioning and a handful of "good idea" exercises for optimal function.
