The Herndon Fortnightly Library, and all Fairfax County Libraries, will be closed Sunday, Jan. 1 and Monday, Jan. 2 to observe the New Year's holiday.
The Herndon Fortnightly Library will reopen on Tuesday, Jan.3 at 1 p.m.
