Yoga for the Hypermobile with Erin Scherger

When you stand in line, do you tend to lock your knees for balance? If you move down to the floor onto your hands and knees, do the creases of your elbows naturally lock forward? Are you also klutzier than almost everyone else you know? If so, you may be living with benign hypermobility issues. This workshop will help bring your awareness to your natural tendencies in some basic poses, and will focus on compensatory techniques both on and off the mat for healthier joint function. One session of yoga experience suggested.
