Farmers' Market To Offer Entertainment for Kids

Starting Thursday, the Herndon Parks and Recreation Department will present a series of live performances for children this summer at the weekly Farmers’ Market on the Town Green, 730 Elden St. Each show for kids is free and will start at 10:30 a.m. and end at 11:15 a.m.

You can also shop the locally grown and made goodies at the Farmers’ Market. Here’s a schedule of shows:

• July 2 - Thirst ‘N’ Howl
• July 9 - The Monkey Man Variety Show
• July 16 - Mr. Gabe and the Circle Time All Stars
• July 23 - Illusions by Vic
• July 30 - Rainbow Rock
• Aug. 6 - Rocknoceros
• Aug. 13 - Groovy Nate
• Aug. 20 - Wildlife Ambassadors
