Fight at Local Business Leads to Three Arrests
Three men facing mob assault, other charges, say Herndon police.

Herndon police arrested three local men Sunday after an argument at a local business turned into a brawl.
The three suspects became involved in a verbal altercation inside of the business, according to a police report. Three male employees attempted to escort the suspects out of the business, but the suspects refused to cooperate and assaulted the employees.

The employees, one from Fairfax and two from Herndon, sustained non-life threatening injuies, town police said. Two vases belonging to the business were destroyed during the altercation.
All three suspects are from Herndon, town police said. They include Santos Belarmion Chircino-Cruz, 27, who was arrested and charged with mob assault, aggravated malicious wounding and destruction of property; Santos Carlos Chircino-Cruz, 33, who was charged with mob assault’ and Santos Cleofes Chircino-Cruz, 36, who was charged with mob assault and aggravated malicious wounding.
