Five Herndon Residents Receive 'Good Neighbor' Awards

The Town of Herndon's Cultivating Community Initiative presented Good Neighbor Awards to Matt and Kit O'Connor, Stephen and Theresia Roethel and Guillermo Gonzalez on Nov. 22, 2011. The award recipients were nominated by their neighbors for the things they have done to help improve the lives of their neighbors. The Cultivating Community Initiative is a volunteer committee of Herndon residents that produces events and programs that help beautify Herndon and recognize its residents.
