Health Fair And 5K Kicks Off In Herndon On Saturday
The Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce and My Health Matters are co-hosting the event.

HERNDON, VA — The Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce and My Health Matters are co-hosting a 5K or 1 Mile Walk and a free health fair in Herndon this Saturday.
The event will take place at 505 Huntmar Park Drive, with the 5K kicking off at 8 a.m., the 1 Mile Walk at 9 a.m., and the health fair running from 9 a.m. until noon.

"The community is invited to the FREE health fair, whether or not they are participating in the 5K Run/1 Mile Walk," the chamber said in a statement. "Health Fair visitors will enjoy live music from the Herndon High School band and Music Loft. There will be a Tai Chi demonstration and other fun activities. GreenFare, the whole plant food restaurant in Herndon, will be providing food samples."
There will also be free short clinics at the fair, which will discuss the following issues: overcoming childhood obesity; the latest in biofeedback; strengthening memory techniques; BMI & blood pressure testing; and healthy eating.

Vendors at the health fair will include the following: Arbonne, Banker’s Life, Brain Evolved, Chantilly Chiropractic Center, Cornerstones, The Ed Gillespie Team, Greenfare, I Found My Mind, LuLaRoe, Herndon Cosmetic Dentristy, Pearson-Smith Realty, SaladMaster, Sport & Health, and Weird Brothers coffee.
