Herndon Business Robbed At Gunpoint: Police

Police say the man was wearing a ski mask and left on foot.

HERNDON, VA -- Police are looking for a man who robbed a Herndon business on Sunday while wearing a ski mask and armed with a gun.

Police say the man entered the business in the 1100 block of Crestview Drive at around 11:28 p.m., pulled out a handgun, and demanded money from the register, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.

After being given an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect left on foot and walked toward Crestview Drive in the direction of Wexford Court, the report states.

Police described him as a light-skinned black or Hispanic man between 5'5" and 5'7" and wearing all black clothing and shoes as well as a black ski mask.
