Herndon College Students Recognized For Recent Academic Honors
Patch recognizes academic achievements of Herndon college students who have received honors at their schools.

HERNDON, VA — To shine a light on the academic achievements of college students from the Herndon area, Patch shares information provided the students' families and Merit News.
Cassie White of Herndon was one of the 85 students who took part in Baldwin Wallace University's 21st annual Dance Marathon. The event raised nearly $14,000 for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, which seeks to reduce the transmission of pediatric AIDS around the globe. A graduate of Westfield High School, White, who is pursuing a BFA in acting and ), danced for 12 hours during the marathon.
Jimmy Rosend, a first-year computer science major from Herndon, performed with the Bridgewater College's Jazz Ensemble on March 20, in Cole Hall on the college's Bridgewater, Virginia campus. Rosend played guitar in the ensemble's rhythm section.
