Herndon Man Charged With Murder: Police
Police say he killed another man in May by "trauma to the upper body."
HERNDON, VA -- A Herndon man is behind bars after police say he murdered another man back in May.
Police charged 20-year-old Denis Castillo Hernandez of Herndon with first-degree murder on Nov. 26, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.
The arrest stems from a death back on May 25. Police responded to the 400 block of Patrick Lane in the morning hours to find 40-year-old Alexander Alfaro Castillo of Herndon dead from "sustained trauma to the upper body that resulted in his death," the report states.

Hernandez is being held without bond. Police say the men were not related. They did not elaborate on what the motive was.
