Herndon Man Cited For Robbery Sunday At Elden Street Business: Police

HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police arrested 23-year-old Kevin Alexander Fernandez of Herndon in connection with a robbery inside a local business on Sunday, according to the weekly crime report.

Fernandez approach a couple inside a business in the 1000 block of Elden Street, pushed the woman to the ground and took her wallet, according to the report.

Police charged Fernandez with robbery and took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was held without bond, according to police.

Herndon police are also investigating a robbery that took place Saturday morning in the 400 block of Virginia Avenue, according to the report. The female victim told police that she was approached by three men before 6 a.m., and one of the three showed that he had a gun in his waistband. The man assaulted the woman and took her property, according to police.
