Herndon Man Exposes Self To 10-Year-Old Boy: Police

Police say the man exposed himself on two separate occasions.

HERNDON, VA -- A Herndon man is under arrest after police say he exposed himself to a child on two separate occasions.

Police say 28-year-old Allen Williams approached a 10-year-old boy playing in his driveway in the 12600 block of Builders Road on Sept. 8 and began talking to him, eventually exposing himself, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"A family member later recognized Williams’ description from one of our social media posts in which we shared information about a different exposure incident that occurred on September 5," the report states.

Police charged Williams with taking indecent liberties with a child in the earlier incident, and are examining filing charges in the latest incident.

Police ask anyone with information on any other incidents to contact them.
