Herndon Man Follows Girl Into Bathroom, Tries To Kiss Her: Police
Police arrested the man on a charge of assault and battery.
STERLING, VA -- A Herndon man has been arrested after police say he followed a young girl into a bathroom and then tried to kiss her.
The incident happened shortly before midnight on July 7 in the 200 block of Free Court in Sterling.
"The complainant reported that a male subject followed her juvenile daughter into the female bathroom and attempted to kiss her," reads a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. "The female ran around the male and outside to her table."

Police found the man a short time later and identified him as 25-year-old Edward N. Nieves-Castro. He was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
He is being held on a secured bond.
