Herndon Man Kicked Out Of Restaurant, Arrested: Police
Police arrested the man on a charge of public intoxication.
ASHBURN, VA -- A Herndon man was arrested after he refused to leave a restaurant in Ashburn Friday night.
Police were called to the 20000 block of Minot Drive at around 9:40 p.m. on May 11 to a report of a man who was refusing to leave a restaurant, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Police arrested 21-year-old Erick E. Portillo-Guevara of Herndon on a charge of public intoxication. He was later released on an unsecured bond.
