Police have identified Sabino Vasquez-Murcia, 29, of Herndon as the victim after his parked car was struck.

STERLING, VA -- Police have identified the Herndon man who was killed after a drunk driver slammed into a parked car and then a townhouse in Sterling on Friday night.
Police say Sabino Vasquez-Murcia, 29, died from his injuries at Reston Hospital after 39-year-old Julio A. Rivera, also of Herndon, lost control of his 1997 Dodge Ram in the 700 block of Colonial Avenue, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
The LCSO report states that Vasquez-Murcia was a passenger inside Rivera's vehicle, but a RestonNow report indicates that he was sitting in the parked vehicle that was struck.
