Herndon Man Sexually Abused Someone He Knew Multiple Times: Cops
Police arrested Jose Quintanilla Romero on five felony counts.
HERNDON, VA -- A Herndon man who sexually abused someone he knew multiple times has been arrested on felony charges, police say.
Police arrested 25-year-old Jose Quintanilla Romero on Sept. 4, charging him with five felony counts of sexual abuse against a victim that is known to him, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.
Romero is being held without bond.
