Rachel Carson Middle School Hosting Make-A-Wish 2K Run Fundraiser on St. Patrick's Day
It's not too late to register for the event, which will take place at Rachel Carson Middle School.
HERNDON, VA — Rachel Carson Middle School in Herndon will be holding a 2K fundraiser and food truck even this St. Patrick's Day for the Make-A-Wish foundation.
The event will take place from 4:00-6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 17.
"Come with your friends and family for a 2k fun run around Rachel Carson MS," the statement reads. "After the race bring cash to indulge in one of our delicious food trucks and listen to the beats of DJ Romin."

The race will begin promptly at 4:45 p.m., and each participant that registered before March 7 gets a complimentary t-shirt. If supplies are available, those who register after March 7 may also get a t-shirt.
