Herndon Mother Charged With Neglect; Children Found Wandering Alone

HERNDON, VA — Town of Herndon Police arrested a Herndon mother for child neglect after her juvenile children were found wandering the streets alone, according to the weekly crime report.

Police charged 34-year-old Dieu Huyen Anh Aline Tran with two counts of child neglect in connection with an incident that occurred on April 24 in the 1100 block of Cypress Tree Place, according to police.

Tran was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where she was held on a $1,500 secured bond, according to police.
