Herndon Native Jasmine Commerce Seeks Backers For New Album

Herndon native (now based in San Diego) Jasmine Commerce, whose Indie music style fuses folk, blues and jazz, has launched a crowd funding campaign on Kickstarter. The money donated will allow her to produce her first full length album of original songs, already written, and arranged, with well-established musicians chosen and ready to go to the studio. Jasmine has been a successful self-supporting musician for many years, and has worked hard to arrive at this point of creating a polished and professional recording of her own works!

The campaign launched on November 12 at 3pm, and by 10am November 14, was already more than 33% funded, with 77 backers! That is a GREAT start, but Jasmine needs her friends and fan base in NOVA--especially Herndon--to really get the ball rolling!
