Herndon To Observe Memorial Day With Ceremony
Here's a list of what's open and closed on Monday.
The town of Herndon will commemorate Memorial Day with an observance at 10 a.m. Monday at Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 831 Dranesville Road. Herndon High School’s Naval Junior ROTC Color Guard will appear with an Avenue of Flags.

Town of Herndon government offices and services will be affected by Memorial Day as follows:

- Town Offices - Closed Monday, May 25.
- Refuse Collection - Refuse will not be collected. Refuse normally collected on Monday will be collected Tuesday, May 26.
- Herndon Community Center - Open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. No classes will be held.
- Herndon Centennial Golf Course - Open 6 a.m. to dark.
