The spring program is open to boys in the U-07 (Little Lax), U-09, U-11, U-13, and U-15 age divisions (age as of August 31, 2015) and girls in grades pre-K/K (Little Lax), 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, and 7/9 who live in the Herndon High School and South Lakes High School boundaries.

Practices and home games are typically at Herndon Middle School and Herndon High School.

New players are welcome!

- Fun, competitive team sport
- Different levels to accommodate both developing and experienced players
- Season runs from March to June; Practices start in February
