Herndon Teen Curses At Clerk, Gets Arrested: Police
The teen allegedly refused to leave the store and ignored police commands.

STERLING, VA -- A Herndon teen has been arrested after he allegedly cursed at a store clerk and then ignored the commands of responding police officers in Sterling.
Police were called to the 23000 block of Rock Hill Road shortly after 10 p.m. on May 16 to a report of two males in a store cursing at the clerk, according to a report from the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
"One male refused to leave the store and did not comply with deputies' lawful commands," the report states.

Police arrested 18-year-old Elvis O. Ayala-Hernandez of Herndon, and charged him with obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.
He was released from the Loudoun County Detention Center on an unsecured bond.
