Herndon Teen Opens Window, Touches Girl Inside Home: Police
A 15-year-old from Herndon faces felony charges after touching a girl and then throwing things at her before leaving, police say.

STERLING, VA — A Herndon teenager has been arrested after opening up the window of a home and touching a girl inside before throwing items at her and then leaving, police say.
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office arrested an unidentified 15-year-old boy from Herndon who "was observed by the victim on September 8 entering her home" at around 9 p.m. in the 1300 block of E. Lee Road, according to a report from the sheriff's office.
"The suspect reportedly opened the kitchen window and leaned in halfway through the window," the report states. "The suspect moved further through the window and inappropriately touched the female and threw items at her prior to leaving the area. The victim was not physically injured during the incident."

The teen faces charges of felony burglary, misdemeanor sexual assault, and misdemeanor simple assault. He is being held at the Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center.
