Herndon Townhouse Fire Extinguished; No Injuries Reported: FCFRS
Fairfax County Fire & Rescue were called to the Herndon area of the county late Monday morning for the report of a townhouse fire.

HERNDON, VA — Fairfax County Fire & Rescue units responded to the 2500 block of Terra Cotta Circle in the Herndon area for the report of a townhouse fire, according to an 11:15 a.m. post Monday on the department's official Twitter account.
Arriving units observed smoke showing. Crews were able to quickly extinguish the fire on the home's exterior, which did not extend into the home, according to an 11:33 a.m. Twitter post. No injuries were reported and most units were reported returning to service.
