ICYMI: Herndon Bar Kicks Out Man Who Started Touching Himself: Police

HERNDON, VA — Charges are pending after a man who started touching himself in front of everyone was thrown out of a Herndon bar early Tuesday morning.

Fairfax County Police were called to Breakers Sky Lounge at 2445 Centreville Road at 1:14 a.m. Sept. 20 to a report of indecent exposure, according to the police report.

"An investigation determined a 35-year-old man was sitting inside when he allegedly exposed himself then began touching himself inappropriately," the report states. "Staff removed him from the business and called police."

Charges are pending against the man, who was not named in the report.
