Incorrect Precinct Information Sent To Herndon, Vienna, Clifton Voters
Virginia Board of Elections sent mailers with incorrect precinct information to towns in Fairfax and Prince William counties.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA — Virginia Board of Elections sent out 31,000 mailers for the Nov. 8 general election to registered voters in Fairfax and Prince William counties that contained the wrong polling place information.
After the state completed its redistricting process earlier this year, the Virginia Board of Elections sent out 6 million notices to voters across the state, according to a statement released by Commissioner of Elections Susan Beals on Thursday.
"A second mailing of 31,000 sent to voters whose original notice did not include their town district number contained wrong polling place locations," Beals said, in the release.

Dear Voter,
It has come to our attention that voters in the Towns of Herndon, Clifton, and Vienna recently received a notice from the Virginia Department of Elections in Richmond advising them of an incorrect location and address for their polling place. Please disregard that notice.
The correct address for your voting location is the one shown on the green sample ballot and voter information flyer that you received from the Fairfax County Office of Elections in September and is printed below.

Dear Voter,
Your recently received a notice from the Virginia Department of Elections of changes to your voter registration information due to the redistricting process. However, that notice did not include your town district information. Please find your town district information listed below.
Your Voting Location
Stacy C. Sherwood Community Center, 1111 Old Lee HWY, Fairfax, VA 22031.
“It is disappointing that the Party now in charge of administering our elections is so woefully incompetent at managing something as simple as a voter information mailer," FCDC Chairman Bryan Graham said, in a release on Thursday. "Instead of gallivanting across the country for election conspiracy theorists, Governor Youngkin should be in the state he was elected to serve in order to lead his Administration in fulfilling their duties to the people of the Commonwealth."
Voters were encouraged to visit the board of elections website to confirm their polling place.
