Indecent Exposure Incidents Reported On W&OD Trail In Herndon
Herndon Police are looking for a man they say was exposing himself to people on the W&OD Trail on Sunday afternoon.

HERNDON, VA — Herndon Police are investigating an indecent exposure that occurred midday Sunday near the W&OD Trail, according to the weekly crime report.
HPD received reports shortly after 12 p.m. that a man was exposing himself to passersby on the W&OD Trail near Ferndale Avenue.
Police described the suspect as a man in his mid-40s wearing a light-colored baseball cap with dark-colored pants or shorts and a white shirt.

Between July 27 and Aug. 1, Town of Herndon police officers issued 65 traffic summonses, including two for driving while intoxicated, six for driving with no operator's license, one for driving on a suspended or revoked license, and three for operating a vehicle while holding a phone.
There were four reportable traffic accidents in Herndon. Virginia State Police define "reportable crashes" as those that result in $1,500 in property damage and/or injury.
