Integral Tai Chi Class

Suitable for most levels of ability. Exercises are done in standing or on the floor. Meditation can be done on the floor or in a chair.

Integral Tai Chi is a combination of traditional Chinese Tai Chi and Qi Kong. The movements come from both forms of practice, in addition to yoga movements in the warm up section.

Students need to bring their own yoga mat, a towel and water.

Mondays & Wednesdays12:30-2 p.m.- January through March

This class is open to the Community.
It is FREE for Senior Center Member and $5 per class for non-members.
