Saturday turned out to be a great day for kite flying, with clear and crisp weather. Children and their parents gathered to take the kite making class at Frying Pan Farm Park.
Many people came out to the kite workshop, in spite of the chilly weather—the class was full. Children who took part were given a plain kite and could decorate it with markers, make it a colorful tail and then learn to go fly it.
