LCSO Seeks Additional Victims of a Contracting Fraud
Loudoun County, VA – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is seeking potential additional victims after conducting a contractor fraud investigation in Loudoun County.

Stephen E. Ashford, 38, was arrested on August 5, 2019 on charges for Failure to Perform Promise for Construction, Embezzlement, and Contracting without a License. Ashford owns a contracting company “Pro + Design.” The company was previously named “Pro Home Remodeling.” Multiple victims have been identified, however, detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office believe there may be additional victims in this case.
