The Capital Celtic band returns to Hunter’s Hunters Run Winery for live Irish Music on Saturday, January 16, 2-5PM. Enjoy tasting the winery’s finest selections or just have a glass of mulled wine or sangria with some munchies while enjoying Capital Celtic’s lovely Irish music including traditional Celtic jigs and reels, popular Irish pub songs and ballads and even some favorite cover songs. Owner Geri Gleeson- Nolan, brings an unmistakable Irish-hospitality theme to Virginia’s wine country, to make this new winery one of the most enjoyable, yet casual & fun wine-tasting atmospheres inLoudoun County.

The beautiful hunt-country barn was completed in early 2000 and converted to Hunters Run Wine Barn in the summer of 2009. Geri, hailing from Glenosheen, County Limerick, Ireland, can be found behind the very welcoming, equestrian /Irish-themed barn serving a bevy of our wines, even a house sangria on occasion and in the winter months her awesome mulled wine.

We encourage you to “wine down” on Rt. 9 with us, and enjoy a tasting, or bottle of wine by the indoor or outdoor fireplaces, the outside paddock tables, or the saddle hay-loft overlooking the bar.
