The victim had no contact with the suspect. The area was searched and the suspect was not located.
Detectives with the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office believe this case is possibly connected to a similar incident that occurred in the same area back on April 8. In that case, a teenaged victim was in the north parking garage of the Brambleton Town Center around 6:30 p.m. when she observed an unknown male who was unclothed behind her car. The suspect appeared to be performing a sexual act. The victim drove away and had no contact with the suspect.
During the April 8 investigation a composite sketch of the suspect was developed and released to the public.
