Man Exposes Himself to Woman in Herndon, Lurks in Her Neighborhood Afterward: Police
Police say the man called her over to his car months ago and exposed himself.

HERNDON, VA — A man exposed himself to a woman six months ago in Herndon, and has been lurking around the neighborhood ever since, according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.
Police say that a woman contacted them on Oct. 14 to report that about six months ago, an unknown suspect called her over to his vehicle in the 1200 block of Springtide Place.
"When she approached, he exposed himself," the report states. "The victim further reported that she believes she has seen the same subject in the area recently on a number of occasions."

Police say the woman described the suspect as either white or Hispanic in his mid 30s with black hair. He was driving a newer model gray sports car.
