Man Sleeping On Couch Awakened By Attacker: Herndon Police
The victim woke up to someone who entered his home and started assaulting him late last month, police say.
HERNDON, VA -- Police are investigating after a Herndon man was hospitalized when someone woke him up on his couch and attacked him recently.
Police say the victim was sleeping on his couch at a home in the 700 block of Cordell Way on Nov. 26 when someone he knew "entered his home, woke him up, and then began assaulting him," according to a report from the Herndon Police Department.
The victim was taken to Reston Hospital, and police are investigating.
