Man Spotted In Herndon Parking Lot Touching Himself: Police

HERNDON, VA -- Police are on the lookout for a man who was spotted in a parking lot sitting in a car and touching himself.

The victim was walking through a parking lot to get lunch in the 13000 block of Woodland Park Road on an unspecified date when he noticed a car parked to the rear of the parking lot still running, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"When he walked near the car, he noticed there was a man inside masturbating," the report states. "The victim confronted the man who then drove off."

Police described the man as middle-aged and the car as a blue Subaru station wagon.
