Masked Man With Knife Robs Herndon Gas Station: Police

HERNDON, VA -- Police are investigating after they say a Herndon gas station was robbed by a masked man armed with a knife.

Police were called to the Sunoco located in the 13000 block of Coppermine Road at around 1:31 a.m. on Tuesday, according to a report from the Fairfax County Police Department.

"An employee of a business reported a man wearing a mask came into the store with a knife and demanded money," the report states. "He was described as a white man, 25 to 30 years old, and approximately 6’ tall. An undisclosed amount of money was stolen."
