McLean Man Arrested for Soliciting Sex with Minor at Herndon School
Asharf Abdelrhi Elemebaby, 38, of McLean, was arrested and taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
Herndon Police arrested 38-year-old McLean resident Asharf Abdelrhi Elemebaby last week after he tried to solicit sex with a minor on school property after dark.
The incident occurred the evening of Thursday, Aug. 27. Police determined Elembaby used the Internet to contact a 17-year-old male to meet him in the parking lot of the school after the school was closed. When Elembaby arrived on the scene he was taken into custody.
He has been charged with Soliciting a Child for Sex via a Computer Device, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Tresspassing on School Property.

Elembaby is currently being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
