Monroe Street to Close Between Park and Jefferson

The Town of Herndon will be closing Monroe Street to thru traffic between Park Avenue and Jefferson Street from July 16-20 for construction. 

The road will be closed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and will be open to thru traffic after 5 p.m. each day. Steel plates will cover the travel surface. Workers will be stationed at the construction site to allow residents and emergency vehicles to drive through the construction zone if necessary. 

Additionally, Spring Street will continue to be closed periodically due to construction from the hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the month of July.
