More Sexual Battery Charges Filed Against NoVA Massage Therapist

A massage therapist from Leesburg who Herndon police charged last month with aggravated sexual battery faces new criminal charges.

HERNDON, VA — A Leesburg massage therapist who Herndon police charged with aggravated sexual battery is facing additional criminal charges, according to a post on the Herndon Police Department's Facebook page.

Acting on Herndon Police warrants, Leesburg officers arrested Zachary Nelson Guzman Orellana, 39, on Tuesday afternoon and charged him with aggravated sexual battery and object sexual penetration.

Herndon police originally charged Guzman-Orellana on April 21, with aggravated sexual battery by a therapist. At the time, police say he was performing his duties as a massage therapist in Herndon when the incident took place.

Additional victims and witnesses came forward after Guzman-Orellana's initial arrest, according to the Facebook post. Police say victim advocates provided support for the victims and will be on standby to support anyone else who wishes to contact investigators with information.
